We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Remember that the apartments are in a property with more units, so we ask you to respect the quiet hours regarding voice tones, music, and television volume. No Smoking/Drugs: Our house is smoke-free and free of psychoactive substances. Please respect this rule to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. If you bring a pet without permission, we will request Airbnb to cancel the reservation without a refund. Additionally, if any damage is caused by the pet, the cost will be charged through the platform. If pet hair is found on bedding or other areas, an additional charge will apply. Space Suitability: Our spaces are not adapted for people with special needs, such as reduced mobility, nor for babies, as we do not have the necessary features to ensure their safety and comfort. No Additional Guests Allowed: Additional guests are not allowed. The maximum number of people in the accommodation must match the number specified in the reservation. Any extra person found on the property will be reported to the platform and a fine will be imposed for violating this rule. Responsible Use of Appliances: Please be mindful of energy use and help us maintain a sustainable home. Remember to turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Your contribution makes a difference. Thank you for taking care of our space! Punctual Check-out: We appreciate you respecting the established check-out time to allow proper preparation for the next guests. If you do not vacate the apartment at the established time, a fee of 10,000 Colombian pesos will be charged for every half-hour delay. Peaceful Environment (No parties): To preserve the peace in our neighborhood, we kindly request that no parties or social events be held on the property. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please note that any fines or damages caused are the responsibility of the reservation holder. Report Issues: You have up to 2 hours from your arrival to report any issues. After this time, it is understood that everything is in perfect condition, and no subsequent claims will be accepted. Later claims will not be considered for possible complaints on the platform or bad-faith reviews. Submission of Identification Documents: The reservation will be canceled if the requested data, such as documents required by Colombian regulations and information such as the reason for the trip and the city of residence, are not provided. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A PERTINENT AND RELEVANT FINE FOR THE VIOLATION, MANAGED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
